Q:  If I need to miss a live class, can I make it up?
A:  Live classes are recorded.  If you need to be absent from an online live class, you will be able to watch and listen to the recorded session.  You will still be able to do the assignment and have email feedback from the instructor.

Q:  Do I need to purchase any materials for classes?
A:  All classes will require paper, a printer for printing notes, and a binder with dividers for organizing notes and assignments.  Students will also need to have a thesaurus (print or electronic).  If additional materials are needed, they will be listed with the course description.

Q:  What is your policy if someone must miss a One-on-One class?
A:   Twenty-four hour notice must be given to reschedule a One-on-One class except in the event of unexpected circumstances (such as illness, power outage, etc.).  If twenty-four notice is not received, payment must be applied to the missed class.

Q:  What is your policy if someone is late for a scheduled One-on-One class?
A:  If a student is more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled class, that class will be forfeited and payment will be applied to the missed class.
