FAQQ:  What are the computer system requirements for live online classes:

Q:  What formats may students use to submit their writing assignments?

A:  Students may submit assignments using Microsoft Word, Pages, Google Docs, or as a pdf.  Except for the Advanced 2 and 3 courses, assignments may either be typed or handwritten and scanned.

 

Q:  If I need to miss a live class, can I make it up?
A:  Live classes are recorded.  If you need to be absent from an online live class, you will be able to watch and listen to the recorded session.  You will still be able to do the assignment and have email feedback from the instructor.

 

Q:  Do I need to purchase any materials for classes?
A:  All classes will require paper, a printer for printing notes, and a binder with dividers for organizing notes and assignments.  Students will also need to have a thesaurus (print or electronic).  If additional materials are needed, they will be listed with the course description.
